The pictographs, including captions, are protected by copyright in favour of Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH.

Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH grants the licensee the non-exclusive right of use to the Techtextil pictographs and captions for information material, brochures and advertisements (products).

For the licensee's own protection and to indicate ownership of copyright to the pictographs, the licensee shall have a © * printed on the contractual products (this can be done in a small, inconspicuous way) and shall draw attention to this in their sales material, brochures, advertisements, etc.

Under no circumstances may the pictographs be copied, modified, reproduced, sold or redesigned contrary to the original purpose of the pictograph.

The licensee is under no circumstances authorised to transfer to others the right of use to the pictographs or to grant sub-licences.

Using the pictographs in connection with organising the events of potential competitors of Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH is not permitted. Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH reserves all rights in the case of infringement of the terms of the licence.

Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH wishes to point out that the pictograms and subtitles are not free of third-party rights and no responsibility is assumed for their further use.

German law shall apply. The venue shall be Frankfurt am Main.
